Shooting the Breeze
She's good at sports and a pretty good sport, and she doesn't set too high a bar on her media opportunities. As the former sports reporter gets into the booth with Alaska Goldpanners broadcaster Donny Baarns (good Lord, there's not even a camera) and shoots the breeze about baseball, what she likes to be called, and well, shooting. Baarns: How many politicians have you wanted to shoot personally? Palin: (Giggling.) That's funny. Good question. No comment.
When Baarns signs her out, she asks if she can hang for a while.
