Star Wars: The Clone Wars

The older Star Wars gets, the younger its fans get. This animated series (following on this summer's movie) fills in the blanks between episodes 2 and 3 of the prequel trilogy to draw in a new generation of fans. That means more adventures for Anakin Skywalker in his pre-Vader days, joined by a Jedi apprentice named Ahsoka, as well as old favorites like Yoda, Mace Windu and Obi-Wan Kenobi. The action-heavy series promises plenty of new stories (and, of course, merchandise), though for purist partisans of the original flicks, it may be one clone too many.
