Black Ice
Their fans still shake all night long albeit with restless leg syndrome and their aesthetic hasn't changed a bit since the glory days. AC/DC makes music for people who like banging their heads, and on their 15th album the naughty Aussies have recruited veteran producer Brendan O'Brien (Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machine) and let eagle-throated singer Brian Johnson grab a pen and write the lyrics for the first time in 20 years. Judging from the first single, Johnson's still got the gift: "Shake it, Shake it/ Take it to the spot/ You know she make it really hot." The band has also negotiated a deal to sell Black Ice exclusively at Wal-Mart stores very rock and roll.
