The Saint Bernard is generally regarded as one of the most loveable breeds on earth — who doesn't love a big fluffy dog that revives ailing mountaineers with brandy from a miniature barrel? But in this movie, based on a Stephen King book of the same name, the Saint Bernard is a rabid killer named Cujo, who terrorizes an adulturous woman and her young son trapped in a car. King later said he was so inebriated on alcohol and cocaine at the time he penned Cujo, "that I barely remember writing."
