Chevy Chase and Dan Aykroyd, at the height of their popularity, play two bumbling government employees unknowingly sent to the Soviet Union to act as decoys for actual spies. They're just everyday Joes fighting the war against Communism. And just because the pair of them are completely incompetent doesn't mean they don't have a part to play.

It's an aspirational movie really—you too can be a intelligence officer of questionable merit. Very contemporary. We call remake.
