Colin Powell
Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Secretary of State Colin Powell dropped it like it was hot. On Oct. 14, 2008, he broke out his hip-hop dance and rap skills at the Africa Rising Music Festival in London. Powell has also been known to dance the YMCA in public.
