Pro: After debilitating early setbacks in the Democratic primaries, the ex-first lady found her voice as a deft campaigner for the working class. Though she lost, her effort was historic, as no woman has come closer to winning the presidency.

Con: Who was the aloof, inevitable candidate before Iowa? And how could such an experienced campaigner miscalculate the primary math (caucus states count too, you know).
