What do you get when you mix four masked men, a pistol, a machete, a video camera and a poker tournament with more than $340,000 in prize money? Why, video footage of a ridiculous theft of course.
On Mar. 6, four men robbed a Berlin poker tournament in what German police called a "chaotically and amateurishly" planned heist. Dozens of witnesses saw the men and the entire act — in which they apparently stuffed money into a laptop bag they found lying around — was caught on camera. The entire caper looks like something out of a movie, although it's less Oceans 11 and more like Woody Allen's comedy, Take The Money and Run.
