Budweiser Clydesdale, "Generation"

  • Print

When the country holds a Super Bowl in the midst of times of grave trouble, there is but one thing for Anheuser-Busch to do: release the Clydesdales! The feel-good horses appear in three spots this year, a worrying economic indicator if ever there was one. Here, a Clyde reminisces about his Scottish immigrant ancestry. Like "Circus," manages to be sentimental but undercut it. Another struggling immigrant saved by alcohol!
