Grammy Awards 2009
TIME music critic Josh Tyrangiel grades the performances of the 2009 Grammy Awards
Full disclosure: I am very partial to "Burning Up," perhaps irrationally so. But I'll admit that adding Stevie Wonder on keyboards and vocals does make the song slightly more credible, whereas adding the Jonas Brothers to "Superstition" does not do the same. Still, this is the rare Grammy-manipulated mismatched pairing where the artists actually seem to enjoy being around each other.
Grade: B
