PRO: After a dubious electoral process and months of negotiations, Tsvangirai signed a power-sharing agreement with longtime foe Robert Mugabe. Now he must contend with a region besieged by disease and poverty — all while keeping an eye on Mugabe.

CON: Millions of Zimbabweans have lost faith in the government and fled to South Africa. And Mugabe could seize his full power back at any time.
