PRO: Already the world's biggest drug company, Pfizer with its recent $68 billion acquisition of Wyeth will likely enter the fields of biotechnology and vaccines.
CON: The company recently took a $2.3 billion charge to settle lawsuits over its Bextra painkiller, and the Wyeth deal will force thousands of job cuts. It's a good thing Kindler can score his Advil for free.
