Interior designer Jacques Garcia — of Paris' Hôtel Costes fame — is readying the NoMad to reopen this fall, made over in his signature French style and loaded with plenty of eco-conscious features like automatic window shades, organic minibars, high-efficiency bathroom fixtures and a green roof.
