Interior designer Jacques Garcia of Paris' Hôtel Costes fame is readying the NoMad to reopen this fall, made over in his signature French style and loaded with plenty of eco-conscious features like automatic window shades, organic minibars, high-efficiency bathroom fixtures and a green roof.
