She's not a very skilled dancer. Then again, few toddlers are. But given her age, this three-year-old little girl does a darn good job of mimicking the "Thriller" video. She can do the shoulder-shrug and the hip-snap, and her voice is only a little higher than Jackson's famous falsetto. Go ahead and watch it. You'll be overwhelmed by its cuteness.
