With Guns 'N Roses' Chinese Democracy finally released, Lil Wayne's much touted rock debut is the top contender for most anticipated album that may never actually happen. The release date has slid through most of 2009 before ending up here — for now. Collaborations with Fall Out Boy, Lenny Kravitz and Avril Lavigne seem like they might be interesting, though it remains to be seen if we'll ever find out.
