Sometimes opposites attract. Tim O'Shea, an environmentalist, and Dale Sims, a seafood-industry exec, joined to create CleanFish to counteract the destructive, shortsighted practices of the fishing industry. The San Francisco firm advises 30 eco-conscious fish farms and wild fisheries on how to improve their operations and connects them with like-minded distributors. With CleanFish's help, the old adage about there being plenty more fish in the sea might remain true.
