A French citizen of Moroccan descent, Zacarias Moussaoui has claimed that he was part of a grandiose plot to fly a Boeing 747 into the White House. It's unclear whether Moussaoui, who is serving a life sentence in a U.S. prison after he was found guilty of conspiring to kill U.S. citizens, was a central plotter or just a fringe figure of the 9/11 plot.
