In 1959, Johnny Cash attempted an Elvis impression while filming a segment for the television show Vel's Ford Town Hall Party. He swiveled his hips, drawled his vocals and flipped his hair into something resembling Elvis' pompadour. What did Elvis think of his parody? He never said — in fact, he may have never seen it.
