TIME writer Claire Suddath grades the performances of the 2010 Grammy Awards
High off his two Grammy wins, R&B star Maxwell dons a slick black suit and woos women with "Pretty Wings." It isn't flashy, it isn't fancy and there aren't even any backup dancers, but it gets the job done. Then out comes 72-year-old Roberta Flack, and with just one note she puts the young man in his place.
