The video that put Funny or Die on the map: Will Ferrell as a deadbeat tenant having it out with his bullying, profane landlord, played by a two-year-old toddler. The kid is the daughter of Ferrell's producing partner Adam McKay; the video has been viewed more than 72 million times.
