With a shortened stride and nice release, President George Bush throws out the first pitch at the home season opener of the Washington Nationals baseball team at RFK Stadium in Washington, DC. Bush is the first presidential pitchman in the capital city since Richard Nixon tossed out the first ball in 1969 for the old Washington Senators, who left town two seasons later
