Rollin’, rollin’, rollin’, keep them dogies rollin’, HYUNDAI! Chung Ju Young may have made millions as the head of South Korea’s largest conglomerate, but deep in his 82-year-old heart he’s always longed to be out on the range. Today he fulfilled that dream, driving 500 head of cattle across the border to help feed people in famine-plagued North Korea, where he was born. “Since I left home I have lived my whole life with sincerity and diligence, which I consider a trademark of cattle,” said Chung. En route, the convoy was blessed by a group of monks who prayed that the cattle would live to see reunification between the two Koreas — a vain, even cruel, wish in the hungry North.
