Dictator's denouement: Once overthrown by his own people, it became inevitable that Slobodan Milosevic would get his day in court at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in the Hague. Under pressure from Western aid donors to hand him over, Serb authorities moved quickly one Saturday late in March, bundling Milosevic out of the country within hours of his arrest. His trial begins in earnest next March.
